Dear Team,
I have ordered Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam 6 inch King PU Foam Mattress (L x W: 78 inch x 72 inch) from Flipkart on 7th October 2021. Neither have I received the product at my location nor received any call from the delivery agent. On another hand I received a Delivery Confirmation message on 21st October that it has been delivered already from Flipkart as well as from WakeFit.
From 21st October, I have called Flipkart Customer Care regularly for a solution. But everyday one new executive has picked up my call and told me the same statement – ‘Issue already raised, team will get back to you with an update’, But its 26th now, no call update received.
From 22nd October, I have called Wakefit Customer Care regularly for a solution. But everyday one new executive has picked up my call and told me the same statement – ‘Please give us 48 hours and we will resolve it’. But its 26th now, no call update received.
It’s already 6 days passed, but still I have not received my product and have not gotten any solution from Wakefit Team. Now it seems like a scam to me. I have already spent Rs 7,978.00 and now I am not getting the product anyway.
I have sent several mails to Both team, flipkart and wakefit. No one is replying me with correct solution. Flipkart is constantly disconnecting my phone everytime.
I am humbly requesting you Sir, please help me to get my product delivered. Other details attached below for your reference.
