Hi team,

Poorest of poor services I have seen with Flipkart. Pathetic application for Flipkart. Which doesn’t get updated to wether product is delivered or not. I wondered wakefit Matress which I need to return irony is in app it’s not even updated that product is delivered and until it shows delivered none can return. That’s simply hopeless. Calling Flipkart customer support is next level they call you ask you every time what’s the issue they them self can’t handle and further escalate it to senior . Then senior gives you assurance that issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Again I called but still the same.

Only option left here is to reach through consumer court.

Never ever place order to through Flipkart.
