I have ordered a Wakefit WaterProof Mattress Protector Maroon
(78×45 inch) / (198.1 x114.3 cm)
and
Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress
(78x45x6 inch) / (198.1 x114.3 x15.2 cm)
on 22 September 2022, the seller promised me I would receive my package within 6th October 2022. Anyhow despite their delay, I received the first order by 7th October. For the second one, they were not even starting production. So I contacted the seller to know the status. They told me that because of their production delay the whole shipment is getting delayed and now they will be looking into it. I wasn’t expecting that much delay in delivery so I told them if they can’t deliver in due time I would like to cancel the order. They assured me by any means they would deliver my product by 10th October. I trusted them and in a few hours the status got changed and my order was in production, delivery partner attempted to collect the order but somehow the seller was not ready to hand over the delivery(AWB; 5552613174124). The drama goes on for a few days, and finally, I contacted them again they did not give me any satisfactory answer but started production again and shipped the order on 3rd October.
The package arrived at the Delhivery Facility – Gurgaon on 4th October,12:21 am.
The shipment left Delhivery Facility for Bilaspur-HR – Gurgaon on 4th October,12:21 am.
The package arrived at the Delhivery facility – Bilaspur-HR on 6th October, 9.31 am.
The shipment left the Delhivery facility for Dankuni – Bilaspur-HR on 6th October, 12.07 pm.
after that day there was no further status update from Delhivery, it’s still on the route from Bilaspur
to Dankuni. I have tried to connect with Delhivery and Wakefit but there are no more responses from them. Every single day they are changing the actual delivery date and shipping date. In wakefit’s website, I could see the daily updates meanwhile when Delhivery showed that it was still on route, and at some point, Wakefit website showed that the package has arrived at Dankuni Facility f Delhivery, but the next day it has magically teleported to Gurgaon facility. I still have not received any communication neighter from the seller or from the delivery partner. I don’t know where my Shipment is and when I will receive it. I have been continuously misled by false information and false commitments. My scenario is not new as many others have suffered the same from the same seller with the same issue. Please take action against these Deceiving Sellers. Thank You.
