Text of Complaint by Nilesh Khemka:

I have replaced the product and for which I got the replacement on time. However, till now pick up is not been done. I called the wakefit store (from where I bought the product) and there customer service on picking up the product and they keep on ignoring it. I called them almost 20-30 time. every time I heard is it will be picked in 48 hrs and which has not been done. I told them if the pick up will not done by 15th May, I will sell the product in response I am getting an email with legal threatening for not paying for the article.
