I would like to share u my complaint ,details are as under
I have a Vodafone connection since last 6 year old and number is 9727718469 , in this connection i have a government plan 149/- Rs rent with all facility
In aug 16 i visit a vodafone store ,waghodiya and meet to mr Bharat and discuss with him in detail plan , my basic requirment is only incoming call and outgoing call because this phone give to my child so i dont require any type of data or internate facility in this connection ( i and my wife both are government job so we r not at home in day time ) so mr bharat told me that sir dont worry i change ur plan for immediate effect and he also told sir ur bill is now (49/- + out going call charge after free call + GST ) means approximate 100/- rs near by
After a healthy discution i agree a plan with 49/- Rs rent
After one month my bill coming very high and go to vodafone store and meet to bharat
He told me sir i m sorry , i forgate to enter a request so i give u waiver for this bill
I accept his sorry and paid minimum bill with some amount of waiver
Second month same procedure with bharat and again paid minimum bill with waiver data charges
In nov my bill is 667 /- rs and my phone connection is not working
Once again i go to store and this time he again told me sorry and tell me sir u just pay 200 /- Rs other amount is forgate , it is a system fault , i pay 200 /- and my phone is on
Now in dec my bill is now 901/- ans in this bill my internate charge is 750/- near by
I visit a once again vodafone store at natubhai circle
This time vodafone executive told me sir i enter a request in system in 24 hours u get a waiver this amount
But till date and time my phone is not working
So please do needful in my favour
My basic quetion is
1) when i change my plan 149/ to 49/- so why u give me service of internate and data
2) when i discuss with u and ask u please stop my all services like data and internate in aug -16 ,at that time u r not my all service stop and 8 januaray 19 u r stop my internate service
Its means u r intencially not co operate with me
Second
last six month i regulary visit ur store every time u r not update me truth and fact
Third
I have a this connection is very old, i never visit a store because ur facility is very good
But
Really i smash last six month
Please i have a so many quesion for ur services
But solve only my internate charge like 750/- and delay payment charge
I hope u give me best solution of this issue
