i purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy F12 (Sea Green, 64 GB) Color: Green order id is OD124897183200884000 on 9th may but on 14th may i received parcel without product, i raised too many complaints and grievances…… Flipkart closed my recent complaints by saying they are unable to call me in my given mobile number, so i gave my alternate mobile number then Flipkart requested me images of the box i received and i also Flipkart asked my id proofs, i sended images of the box and copy of my original Aadhar card and pan card…..after these incidents Flipkart told me 2 days ago that i need to wait last 24 hours for final resolution although i am waiting for last 5 months….but it is more than 24 hours now. Nothing happened? What the hell Flipkart is doing in terms on customer service
