I have booked the flight from flipkart travel for 30th April 2020 from Mumbai to Varanasi. The flight was cancelled due to Nation widecovid lockdown.
idn’t receive the refund for a canceled flight for booking number –>FF1912203477886 (Flight canceled by the airline on March month) This has been now 11 months of continuous reminders and 100 of mail communication, but even after agreeing to refund also they stopped comminicating. Attaching the file where they agreed to refund but no refund received till now.
