I also received a similar message , these Vodafone assholes are looting money from customers. I complained to them about not being able to receive OTPs from last month , from banks , from any important registrations like Cowin App, etc. Vi customer care App is utter waste , for registering there also we need OTP even that does not get received. I am stuck with this sim , need to port my Sim but cant head out due to Covid cases. No action taken on that and today I recd this sms saying thank you using Bcafe portal , you have been charged Rs.15 and you balance is Rs.2. What nonsense is this!
