I want to deactivate the plan because twice a the deduction of money unnecessary. Please deactivate this plan.

I want to de activate my sports chat plan, because my money was deducting so many times.

M nt on any VIcms service they defect my main balance Rs 5 without any reason.3 or 4 times they dedect my balance.
I got a message of deduction of Rs. 49 for choosing to Battle Quiz on Dt. 31/05/2021 at 4.37 pm
But I want to say that I am not subscribed for this . How you can deduct above amount from my balance
