We did not request for songs or any contest. Vodafone is charging 20/- and 5/- per message respectively without our permission. We are losing all our balance. We tried to deactivate once, I got deducted 5/- for that again. Now after recharge, by default, they are sending these messages and deducting 5/-. Now to deactivate, again I need to send message which will deduct 5/-. Please take prompt action and save people from this fraud.
