Dear Sir / Madam,
I received frequent messages from VZ-ViCMS regarding access Hanset Inbuilt Games and they deducted money of Rs.25.00 from my Mobile balance . I had never accessed any game service from them I want my money back . VZ-ViCMS is how deducted balance from my SIM talking balance without my permission.
I want to refund the same amount to my Mobile number.
