I have not subscribed to any of the value packs from this company and still it is deducting most of the balance from my account, whenever I message to STOP the VAS services, it says- you have not subscribed to any of the services.
No support from VI regarding this. I am attaching the screenshot (for proof). I am know planning to switch from this operator VI to some other.
