Text of Complaint by Madhukar Gangadhar Jadhav:

I had not chose/Requested any services from VZ-ViCMS and a text message came that
“Hello! Thank you for choosing to access SonaJeetoContest,You have been charged Rs. 3 Your balance is Rs. 30.”
And ,how this is possible without my concern and it is shown that no services activated on my account.why my phone balance is deducting …?
