Following is the order confirmation message I received after I placed an order with VWestern.

After placing the order on 13th August 2020, I haven’t received any update about my order. There is no customer service number available anywhere on the website ( www.vwestern.com ) for me to get in touch. I did find the following numbers somewhere online, as customer care numbers.
Phone number 1 – 9382959962
Phone number 2 – 9832436069
I called the above numbers and they did agree that they are from VWestern. I requested them to refund my money. They asked random questions about my order and one person said my order is pending and the other person said my order is cancelled. I gave my GPay number to them for refund. They gave silly excuses when I asked them to refund my money. One person asked for my credit card details , both back and front side as photos.
When I tried to contact the above numbers multiple times, one Rahul Kumar ( fake name) whose name is reflected as Bunty Sharma on GPay spoke to us rudely asking how many times will you call. Now both the phone numbers are always switched off. When I read through their website, they seem very fraudulent and their website policies are ridiculous written in poor English. I hereby would like to request the concerned authorities to do justice in my case.
