Text of Complaint by Isaac Aromolaran:

Good afternoon Consumer Complaints Court,

Thanks for your invaluable assistance as always.

Kindly confirm if the recipient, VTU Express through their bank received the transfer of 140 and then 1000 Naira last week on the 28th of September 2023.

They are a data and airtime recharge company which I have only just started to buy from.

Attempts at reaching out to them through their phone line and mail box have proven abortive.

Their phone line keep saying “busy” ever since.

I’m filing a case of fraud against them because my profile on their site wasn’t credited for the transfer in question.

Attached are the screenshots of these transactions and VTUEXPRESS Profile page showing I haven’t been credited ever since.
