I bought from flipkart dated 8th sept 2022 VSDHANDA 3.5m³/min-17000 RPM Powerful Anti-Vibration Electric Dust Cleaner Blower Machine Forward Curved Air Blower (Corded Vacuum) and deliverd to 15-sept-2022 but it is from the day 1 faulty or not working proper. I logged complaint of this product to flipkart and they raise refund complaint. after next i received sms for out for pickup but delivery person cannot pick product even i called given delivery person given number from flipkart. after next day i logged complaint about this to flipkart .. same continues complaint logged to flipkart for pickup not cpmleted till given date 21sept2022. finally 21 sept i called to the flipkart for my amount refund Rs.584. for VSDHANDA 3.5m³/min-17000 RPM Powerful Anti-Vibration Electric Dust Cleaner Blower Machine Forward Curved Air Blower (Corded Vacuum). they told me amount will be refund after 26 to 27sept. but when i checked in my credit card account amount will not relfet and till date pickup not complete. they said me refund time will be expired so we can not process for refund because 23sept 2022 refund was cancelled as per policy period expired. but i am already so many complaint logged to flipkart about this but they refuse my refund. please help me.
