I had ordered a shirt online from Vrutika Fashion on 15th March 2022 for which they had mentioned on the payment page that an invoice and order confirmation would be sent on the email address provided. However, no invoice or order confirmation was ever received by me after the online payment. The advertisement was featured on Instagram where they had shown unbelievably cheap prices and discounts for clothes. I have still not received my order and all my attempts to trace any contact details have failed. It is my earnest request that the matter be looked into seriously since on searching on the internet I came across complaints from many such consumers against VRUTIKA FASHION. Such online frauds must be condemned by authorities and coercive action be taken against such incidents to promote digital security.

Useless, Instagram should have certain policies to protect these ol frauds
