Text of Complaint by Vineha Wadagaonkar:

I had ordered 7 kurta/kurta set from Vrutika Fashion on April 4th, 2022. The total sum of the purchase was 1395, i.e., Rs 195 each as the discounted rate. It was displayed that post the online payment, I shall receive a confirmation mail form the company (online store). Although, there is no receipt of such confirmation mail neither immediately post the payment until today, i.e., April 6th,2022. I have been trying to trace and track the same and have tried to fetch down the official website, however, all my efforts are proving to be futile and since I have already paid the said amount, I am at a pecuniary loss.

Thus, it is humbly prayed to the authorities cited to take the most plausible action and ask the wrongdoer kindly compensate me with.
