Dear sir,
I am Vodafone customer from last 10 years.

My Vodafone mobile no is 8000057431.Few days back I recharged my mobile no. Today I checked my balance is only 21 RS. And when I checked I found that 49 RS was auto deducted from my balance.then I write a mail to Vodafone customer care and also tagged Vodafone twitter handle regarding this issue .Then I got reply from Vodafone customer care that vas charges was deducted from your mobile balance was VAS charges. Then I requested customer care for reversal for the charges , which Vodafone has debited, but Vodafone customer care denied reversal of VAS charges. Sir I want confirm that I have not activated any VAS charges. My question is when I have not activated any vas services for my Vodafone no . so why Vodafone has deducted vas charges.
I request you to your good office kindly give directions to Vodafone for vas charges reversal.
