My name is Mohit Dahiya. I am from Delhi. Last week, I travelled to Uttarakhand. So, I activated a better plan(Red X) for data as I planned work from home in Uttarakhand. Now, I am in Uttarakhand and facing some VPN issue on Vodafone network. I cross checked on Airtel and other local internet providers, I don’t face any issue. So, I called Vodafone customer care regarding it but they weren’t able to resolved it. They closed all my tickets and said “Everything is working fine at Vodafone level”. I felt helpless and bought a new Airtel sim. Now, I am able to access VPN on Airtel network. Again, I called Vodafone customer care and asked them to deactivate my new plan (Red X). They told me that “If I deactivate this plan, I have to pay extra 3000 rupees.” Again, I am feeling helpless. I am using a plan which is useless for me and I am paying more money for that plan. Also, if I deactivate this useless expensive plan, I have to pay extra 3000 rupees.
