I have recharge my tatasky on 30 Dec 2020. Where options annul recharge have offer 2 month extra subscribton and 5 k voucher. I have called customer care on 30 Dec 2020 to know the process how to use voucher and how will o get they have told u will receive within 7 workings days on your register email id form our team.
Till date nothing has been come on my mail.I am complaining form last 1.5 months about this issue.
On 4feb have received call form complain team I will not get the voucher ,miss communication done by your team I will complain to consumer court and will put into social media about this issue. Making full of customers
