Please note completely wrong item delivered on 23.08.2022 to self from Vorvy e commerce site .
Customer care is not responding and email for support is incorrect.
Item ordered for 1299 rs for Anarkali white suit but instead a multicoloured saree of poor quality was delivered .
Order no. VR 2813.
This looks to be completely fake online shopping site.

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
