Hi,my house help ordered a piece from Voqora site. They saw the account of VibeCity India on Facebook where they like a ladies garment and wished to order the same. They were directed to voqora.com to place their order. Order no:VQI0965. Order date: 19/2/3024.
The parcel even says in its discription blue orange mulmul dress.
It was a cod order. She received a different product than than what was ordered. The product received is totally different.
Please find attached a screenshot of the piece ordered, the parcel with all the order details and the piece received. It was sent through shiprocket. We contacted them but they directed us back to the site. The numbers and email address on the sites are fraud and do not work.

There is no Instagram account where we can even msg them or publicly call out their misdeeds.
Sir they are many other consumers who have similar complaint about this company please do look into this at the earliest.
