Text of Complaint by Parul Tyagi:

Voltas 1 ton window AC was purchased on 23 June 2021.Only after 1 year, AC got ice formation problem, low cooling problem in August 2022. Then on 2 Sept, Complaint was filed ,request no 22090200028. After 3 days, on 04.09.2022, service personnel came and recommended that there may be gas leakage and it have to be sent to voltas service agency. On 05.09.2022, they took the AC, saying that they will require 1-2 days. But no call/any intimation came from agency .After multiple followup from service center , customer care, On 08.09.2022, service center called and said that AC will be delivered in evening. But no one came on that day till 12.09.2022 and neither was any intimation from there side. Every time, they have a new excuse of not delivering the AC. We are fed up from voltas service.
