I’ve registered a complaint on 23/07/2022 through customer care of Voltas beko. My fridge has a problem in its digital display board and there is frequent beep sound which is very annoying. Only once the technician visited my house and informed that he’ll order new part as the product is still under warranty. After that, I’ve made several calls to the customer care to know the status of my complaint. But till date, there is no proper response from the company. These calls costs nearly around 20 to 30 minutes. Waste of time and worst experience with the company too. I got no proper response from the Area Service Manager, Mr. Hem Sagar Patel. The last time when I called customer care, they said they had closed the complaint because the technician tried calling me and I didn’t answer. This is totally unacceptable. I called Star service(the technician ) plenty of times to visit my house for service. But no one turned around and finally how could they close the complaint. It’s been nearly six months, still my complaint is not resolved.
