We have purchased a new Voltas 1.5 Ton AC from Vijay Sales paying the full amount and the installation was done improperly by the Vijay Sales representative. They were supposed to send the Voltas technicians for the installation and they sent there own representative who done improper installation and gas filling. The Customer Care of Vijay Sales are unsupportive and blaming us that the room size is big as we have already booked AC of same configurations from them few years back with the same size. Request kind support to assist on the same
