16/4/23 ko voltas mein complaint Kari thhi ,split ac does not cooling,engineer aya aur check kara bataya outdoor unit ke valve leak hai,4 days lagega company se aane mein ,aaj 2 weeks ho gaye phone receive nahi karte ,karte hai toh 1-2 din aur lagega bolkar phone disconnect kar dete hai.plz help me
