Hi, I am aproaching this portal as my complaint is still pending and your technical executive is not responding to my call. Complaint was lodged a week before and no positive response from your customer services also. Details of complaint is as such:
Complaint Number: 23041127997 (Cooling issues with newly purchased Voltas AC Invert 1.5T, 185V, DZZ, Sr No- 4552943a21kc02312). Assigned Technical executive: MD MATLUM (Mr. Faizy Ahmad). Last 5 days, we are struggling to contact your technical executive and everytime he is disconnecting call. No response from customer care centre. Please take this issue seriously and provide contact details of your higher authority.
