When we have a call booked the service engineer just cancels the call stating client unreachable or refused service though I have not received any call finally I get a engineer after raising multiple complain request and the engineers have no idea about servicing and fixing issue,they broke my AC wing during service and suddenly left when we asked them to get that fixed,I have written multiple times to service head voltas and they said arranging part would take 5-10 days and After 10days when I am reaching them there is no reaponse, I have informed them that if my issue is not be addressed I will be raising a grievances N filing a petition for cheating customer.
I have a AMC too and still none of them have addressed my issue.Even my Ac started leaking water.Picture also shows the water leakage.
