Text of Complaint by Sangam kumar singh:

I have purchased ac on 26April 2022 and after 1 year the ac was not working. I raised request-on 5th April and the team filled the gas. Again the AC stopped cooling and I raised request on 19April, the team is saying that Cooling Coil and blower motor needs to be replaced and service manager didn’t say something about it.

Within 1 and half months the issue is encountered which means that the coil was leaking at the time of our previous service (after my complaint on 19th april) and the person didn’t take care [verified]of that.
Now I request your good office to do the needful without charges. Becoz the negligence of the service engineer.
