Sir,
I have purchased Voltas 1.5Ton 5star Inverter Window AC last year on 26 June 2023 from Croma store Delhi. I also bought Voltas 4+1 year extended warranty AMC with the product.
I have faced a lot of not working problem with the AC throughout the year. AC gas was leaked immediately and the coil was changed within months. They used to say that it’s because of carbon in Delhi.
Now since a month I have shifted to my hometown in Orai. Here there is no problem of carbon which may affect the copper coils in AC.
But the gas was leaked which was filled and repaired by voltas Technicians after complaining.
But the problem is not solved. It is making very loud noise like drilling which is unable to tolerate and the AC is also consuming more electricity. Double then usual consumption. On complaining again to Voltas technician who visited he says that it will make this noise, nothing can be done. It’s inverter AC and compressor makes noise. Now suddenly after about 1.5years of use the technician is saying that i and my family dont know about AC noise. I didn’t get this noise till now and now it is making noise which is called normal. They are not listening to the complain.
There is again leakage of gas within 2 days of repair. And the noise is more increased. Ac also stops responding to remote often.
I request to help me in the situation. As per AMC plan the AC has to be repaired properly and if cannot be repaired it may be replaced. I request to command voltas to repair my AC as it was good and sound . If not possible then replace my AC.
