My prepaid product was not delivered at all but it was marked as delivered. When raised complaint to meesho , they said they will provide the resolution after 7 days after proper investigation. But after 5 days ,they sent mail that your product was otp delivered . The issue was that I didn’t neither receive any product nor otp, but meesho customer care unable to understand and didn’t do any proper investigation. My prepaid order got misplaced .
