Dear sir,
as we know that on 03/12/2018 recharged the mobile number 8394968932 (up)from karnataka circle for Rs.50/- but Rs4695/- erroneously recharged. In this regard on that day we both requested the stop the service as per our request vodafone officeal aggreed to refund the amount both side but till date not remit the amount nor any good response from the vodafone care so do the needful the action and all voice call refers and revert the amount immediately so grateful for the action of kindness.
