Hello, I have rasied my concern since 24th march regarding poor network since then there is no action oriented approach taken by Vodafone. due to this reason I have stopped paying postpaid bill and they keep accomodating bill amount along with late charges and not respondig to my queries at all.
since I havent paid bill they have blocked services from back end. Never seen such a useless services in any domain.
I am just asking to tell me final bill amount after adjusting ‘No Network’ period (since I lodged complaint)…even they are not reaching out to any details for same.
any one can help me here ?
