I have visited multiple Vodafone stores till now. All of the Vodafone denied to raise my request for porting from postpaid to prepaid services. And finally i visited Vodafone gallery in thane on 17th February 2019, they lied to me about raising a request. They charged my a total total amount of 735 rupees and did not raise any request for the service change (as confirmed by Vodafone Customer service). Also Vodafone has charged me extra without my consent in the past bills and i was said that the money would be refunded but it was not. Vodafone is harassing me from 3 months now. As the store people keep redirecting me to other stores, and issue is not getting solved.
