Text of Complaint by PANKAJ PRASAD PIPPLE:

I port my aircel up west no(8006666674) into Vodafone up west in march 2018.after porting my outgoing call start working properly but incoming call and message facility is not started till (26-06-18).

I complainedĀ  many times to Vodafone customer care ,store,nodal officer andĀ Appellate Authority.first they start diverting me network issue,sim issue at last they told me some technical problem.every time they take 7-10 days for wasting my issue.

when i call after 10 days they tell me sir data shows that your problem is alread solve.now 3 months passes no result.
