On 3 March I had gone to Vodaphone Gallery, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle East and got by mobile number converted from postpaid to prepaid.
I paid the bill of 530 rupees more than monthly rental of 399 and outstanding was cleared. But after one month they have now sent a bill of rupees 10. This is totally cheating from vodafone to extract money from consumers. Strict action should be taken
