A few years back i had paid a few thousand rupees around Rs 3500 for life time validity, so the msg i used to get was service validity till end of licence period 2034
now the new management does not want to honour that and want me to pay validity extension every month or my outgoing will be terminited
i raised a complaint but they did not give me the docket number, without which i can not take the matter to appealete
is this not cheating
