Text of Complaint by Nagendra:

I have been Vodafone subscriber since 2012 at Chennai. I have a very weak network at my house premises and i have made several complaints about this to Vodafone.  They have not been responding to any of my complaint. Finally i decided to Port. Even after my dues completely, i am unable to get UPC ( porting code with the reason, there are dues in my account) They are not allowing me to Port quoting frivolous reasons. Neither they give good network nor allow me to port. I have the complete documentation available.
