I am a small scale entrepreneur,My mobile number is 9891750361 which is now under the company of Vodafone Idea,I get a lot of calls a day and these are the calls that help my business Unfortunately for the last one month I have not been able to call anyone.Anyone who calls to my number of 9891750361(Vodafone Idea Company) who say that our network is with you wherever you go in India will now hear unwanted replies that it is not available, suspended or out of rangeand the costomers who call me can not speak to me and I have lost millions of rupees in business loss and I have a personal reputation.I have contacted their customer care service many times about this but to date I have not received any appropriate response or troubleshooting.Not only that Give me another SIM for free along with the SIM I am using and I will not charge any payment for it(I have all the evidence that it was their customer care executive who seduced me and gave me seductive promises). After that I am now being charged Rs 150 per month for not even using it.Even when I talked about going to consumer court against it we have our legal advice that even one of their customer executives spoke to me saying that there is no particular benefit because you went.I have had a good financial loss in a good way because I could not answer the calls in time and I could not call back.I have lost so many customers that I am deliberately drowning without answering the phones so the mental loss to me is huge and I humbly request the court to take all this into consideration.The Honorable Court considers this to be an application and requests that I be blessed with all necessary assistance.This is my first time filing a complaint like this in a court of law, so I apologize unconditionally for any wrongdoing.
