Hello My mobile no. is 9833585937. I am recharge om my number 20 mar 2019 for Rs 199. after few days 30 mar 2019 I am again wrongly recharge for Rs 399/-. When I am recharge I am immediately call to Vodafone customer care & that time Vodafone executive confirm me that your recharge will be cancel & refund process in next 24 hrs.. Today dt. 03 APR I call again in Vodafone care due to i don’t refund any amount. the executive told me your refund can’t be process because of you continuous use recharge of 399/- but when i am recharge wrongly that time I am immediately inform the Vodafone care & they were confirm me about refund. Its so shameless I am very oldest customer of Vodafone. Please don’t take any service of Vodafone. Jio is most better that Vodafone compare by network net speed.
