Hello,
After Idea Vodafone merger, Vodafone started charging me more bill without any information. I filled a complaint in their customer care. They agreed that they have wrongly charged the more amount and agreed to revert the charges. In between they have bared my outgoing service for which they apologized and started back. But on 18th Aug, when communication was still on, they again stopped outgoing and asked me to pay the bill which was due on 29th Aug. They forced me to pay this current bill or else service will stop. Which is not correct. Now without any communication, they have stopped all services to my number.
Please takeĀ a appropriate action.
