Dear Sir/Mam,
This is regarding the Vodafone wrong billing. we have been disturbed by the recovery team to pay the outstanding bill. i have raised a complaint to Vodafone asking details about the wrong bill, but not getting correct response.
They sent an email asking for paying the bill for the phone number which is not mine, I don’t even know whos number is that.(they enabled REDX plan to that number which increased the billing amount) since it’s not my number and not sure.
Now we have been mentally troubled by the recovery team.
i have attached the screen shot of the email sent by the vodafone, so we can see the number ending with 485 is mine but in the email they mentioned REDX plan has been enabled to number ending with 2003, which is not mine.

could you please help us with this issue.
