I am user of Vodafone number 9727091111 of gujarat circle I have gone to Gandhidham vodafone store for change from post paid to prepaid in the month of feb 2018 but the staff told that dont change from post paid to pre paid and given the offer to me that they will not charge the bill for three month from me for the month of March, April & May 2018 totally free outgoing incoming and 11 GB net only Roaming will be payable by me all other will be free for 3 months, and after the month of March the bill came to me and I have again visited the vodafone store they wave the bill and told sorry to me and also said the same thing that it will not be repeated next time as they have done now in the system. for the next two months.
But later on April and May the bill also came to me and I have also not gone to the office so that let them call came so that I will talk that they have waved the thing and promise to me.
But when I have visited today to the office they are saying that they have credited the three bills in my account but not showing the statement to me.
They are only cheating the customer by wrong things only when the customer are saying do the prepaid then why they are not doing it why they are giving the wrong offers to them.
Today also they offer me if I convert it in Prepaid I have to Pay Rs. 1200/- and if go with post paid then i have to paid Rs. 700/- for the settlement. sir how this scheme is I cant understand it.
