I would like to address a heartfelt message where I have completely given up faith & hope on Vodafone.
I have been using this network since 12 years, since the time i have started using mobile phone.
I am still using my first number which my dad gave me when I was in college.
Knowing how important is being connected in today’s world & still Vodafone fails to perform/ keep their promise & harass their loyal customers time to time.
I am one of your loyal customers who has trust in Vodafone since 12 years & this is the reason i never changed my network despite of other telecom industry coming up with lucrative offers & packages time to time.

My entire family uses Vodafone but now we all are losing patience now.
I have also been mislead by an Vodafone agent when he sold me REDX postpaid plan, I did not raise a complain that time as well, considering about the agent.
Now I am completely done with this NETWORK & want to end this 12 years relationship.
I have been Chasing Vodafone since 3-4 months via calls/twitter, but everywhere Vodafone is failing to help with the basics.
I want to discontinue with Vodafone on immediate basis & expect a reply on the settlement terms as I will port to network which INDIA trusts & network who is always available to help their client.
