I have been getting sms from VZ-ViCMS saying “Hello!
Thank you for using ppu_game,
You have been charged Rs. 10
Your balance is Rs. 66.33”

I received such messages many times before, and deducting money from the balance. I did not download or requested any kind of such service, still till now 20 rs. has been deducted without any consent.

This is illegal to cut money without asking customers permission. I want you take strict action towards these types of actions from Vodafone.

I kindly request you to resolve my complaint before they deduct money under some new subject.
