Since 06-Jan-2020 I am not able to make outgoing calls while at the base location Delhi-NCR (SIM was issued in this region) and Vodafone customer care do not have any clue of the issue and are unable to resolve it. Its a huge impact to me.
Rest of all of the services like incoming calls, sms, net, browsing, REDX services etc all are working.
Additionally, when I was in Bangalore for a short trip, the outgoing calls was working fine and when I came back it stopped working again.
There is some major issue in Delh-NCR services of Vodafone and it has been unresolved for over 3 weeks now. I need a final answer from Vodafone if they can resolve and by when……else they need to apologize in writing after which I will switch to another service provider and Vodafone need to compensate me for the losses
