Very bad experince. And facing issue due the error of vodafone care exeutive. They make my whole day unvaluable with their valuable service…..

Today. My sim is deactivsted and i called to customer care and they told me to go vadfone store. I went vodafone store when i changed my sim postpaid to prepaid before 10 days.
At there executive told me to fill new form and id proof. That i already filled on that day. I asked him and they my form at the table of other executive qhich is on leave and many forms are not submitted due to he is on leave.
They told with them and told me that my sim will activated by evening. Whole day gone and not get. I call to customer are 5 times. 6th time i get connect and customercare executive told me, sorry there are some issue for 24 hours and disconnect the call.
I feel very bad experince from last 10 days. I am using this service from last 15 years.
