I’m using Vodafone for more than a decade. I’m using post paid connection now. Without my consent a value added service is activated in my number named how to videos. This cost me 200 Esta extra bill. Even though lodge complaints in Vodafone store no support blaming me I have activated so and so…..
Even after lodging a complaint, today also I received same message… Ur service is activated and inr 50 deducted per week.
It is perfect looting during this crisis period. High time to protest against unfair billing
