I have been using vodafone for more than 6 years, I have Rs. 10 in my account balance. Its the main SIM i have been using for all my official purposes and documentation.
From the past few days i am receiving messages from Vodafone saying that after 4 dec 2018 your outgoing services will be stopped and is asking to recharge with unlimited plans or recharge with 35/65/95 packs to get an extension of 28 days. and now the out going services have barred.
They are sending messages to me that your service validity will stop from 04th Dec 2018. You have to recharge your vodafone number each and every month.
This is forcing to do against the consumers interest.
Please logde a complaint against vodafone for this service validity policy.
